The annual gathering of local and regional human resources staff will be held from November 17 to 20, 2009 at the Villa Saint-Martin in Montreal.

Special Invitation

Α special invitation to attend this workshop is extended to community leaders, finance coordinators, and any other staff responsible for salary/payroll management. The workshop will offer two days of training on the new remuneration policies and on the ICAT tool. Each community may send a maximum of two representatives.

Themes and Workshop Presenters

Workshop leaders will include colleagues from L’Arche as well as external consultants. The following topics will be discussed during the workshop:

• Compensation Policy presentation and ICAT training
  Peggy Keaney and the Committee

• Disciplinary Process and Termination
  Julie Johnstone, HR Specialist

• Employing Policies Concerning Boundaries & Ethics of Touch
  Carl MacMillan and Danielle Thibeault
