The question of handicaps was never an issue for Haitians but the 12th was a serious wake-up call for people about the issue of disabilities in this country. |

Following the earthquake, Marie-Pier Therrien returned to Quebec for a short holiday with her family. During her stay, she gave this interview, in which she talks about the events that took place in Carrefour on January 12th. Marie-Pier is now back at L'Arche Carrefour.
