L'Arche Comox Valley Community Leader Search

I am writing to inform you of an important process that is happening in our region and to ask for your support and prayers.

In early February Rae Owens, Community Leader for L’Arche Comox Valley announced her intention to step down from the role of Community Leader. Shortly after this, Rae’s husband John passed away suddenly. Today the community is walking together tenderly through this time of grief and gratitude for Johns life. While this is a significant change for Rae and the community, Rae continues to be clear about her wish to step down from the role in the summer of 2009. Please find attached a letter to all Intentional and Confirmed members of our communities in L’Arche Canada.

We appreciate your continued prayers for Rae and for L’Arche Comox Valley as we continue to walk together in faith

In solidarity
Landys Klyne
